I have to say this company is customer focused. The entire process from setting up the service to final pickup was amazing. They showed that there still companies out there that care about their customers. I highly recommend them if you ever have to move. It is so much easier than hiring a moving company or renting a moving truck. They drop of the pod and don't put a time limit on it. They drop it off, once you have it packed and ready for pickup, they show quickly. They arrive with the drop off on time and when ready to pick it up for the move or I my case store it until I called to let them know I was ready for the drop off to my new address. And once again no attempt to rush me, which was great due to having to wait for my sons to arrive from their homes 3 hrs away. It was a total pleasure working with everyone I spoke to on the phone and the drivers that delivered and picked up the container (which I called a pod lol). Want a hassle free move, call my vault portable storage.

We remodeled a room and needed some extra space to get things out of the way. It was a pleasure working with Chelsea and the others. The box was very clean. Some limbs from our tree near the driveway was a little in the way and when they backed in we lost a few small pieces, no big deal to me but he offered several times to clean it up for me. Drop off and pick up was very smooth and on time. Would use again and would HIGHLY recommend. It was also nice that they have a daily rate option if you don’t need it for month(s) at a time.

We had to clear our attic that contained 30+ years of stuff to make room for a new HVAC system. At first we rented a nearby storage unit but we barely got started transferring items before the storage place jacked up the price. When that happened, my husband called several portable storage companies and found [MyVault Portable] to be the best choice. We got a storage container that was MUCH bigger than the storage unit for less money. The price was reasonable, but more important, was the personalized service! My husband talked to a real person who was able to analyze our needs and help us pick the right size container. The container's delivery driver was very skilled. When he realized that the container would not fit in the place we had planned because our porch roof was in the way, he came up with an alternative location that worked fine. We had the box for nine months and it was perfect for our storage needs. The convenience of having on-site storage gave us time to go through boxes of things we didn't need and throw them out rather than taking them back to the house. Much easier than driving to the storage place! When we finally got our stuff out after nine months (with no price increase), having the container picked up was a very easy process. Highly recommend [MyVault Portable]!

Great experience with [MyVault Portable]. We were having renovations done to our downstairs and needed to temporarily remove our downstairs furniture. I shopped a number of the area pod companies, and [MyVault Portable] was the most competitive, and did an excellent job of communicating with me. They arrived as promised for both the delivery and pickup. The payment process was incredibly simple, straightforward, and they didn't apply any surcharge for using my credit card! I'll gladly use them again if I ever have another need for their service.

Absolutely fantastic experience with the [MyVault Portable] team. Every single person I interacted with was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. When I needed access to my container, they were more than willing to stage it for me, and when I couldn't get the door up because it was blocked from the inside, they tried their best to get it open. When that didn't work, they called the mover who loaded it to help rearrange the contents so the door could open. Highly recommend this great company.

We had a great experience with [MyVault Portable]. We had to move the furniture out of our house for a couple of weeks while our floors were refinished. They were super easy to work with. We needed a second box on short notice, and they got it here very quickly and then picked everything up as soon as we were done.
